Registration form for the 2026 Turkey Shoot event, scheduled on November 7th, 2026, at 8 AM at Sun Mountain Gun Club in California. The form includes fields for organization name, contact info, sponsor levels, participant details, and event pricing for shooters and spectators.

  • Squads will be limited to 6 shooters

  • Squads with less than 6 shooters may be combined

  • There will be 1 golf cart provided for each squad

Fill out your contact information and the contact information for at least one shooter. Provide full names, phone numbers, and email addresses where requested. Complete any additional required fields (address, team name, shooter category, or age) as applicable.

Review your entries for accuracy. At the bottom of the form, click Submit. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation message containing a link to proceed with payment. Follow that link to complete your registration payment.
